Council among first in country to introduce terminal illness council tax exemption

Great news for residents in Chester and across Cheshire West and Chester! Our local council is stepping up to support those facing incredibly difficult times, becoming one of the first in the country to offer a council tax exemption for individuals with a terminal illness. This is a welcome move that will hopefully ease some of the financial burden for families in our community.
