'Discarded cigarette' responsible for firefighter call-out in Chester

Blimey, our brave firefighters were called out to a minor incident in Chester yesterday, all thanks to a discarded cigarette. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it's a good reminder to be extra careful with smoking materials as we head into warmer weather.
