Supermarket gives out thousands of bananas for free after surplus order

Well, it looks like shoppers in Chester have been going bananas this week! A local supermarket found themselves with a rather large surplus and decided to spread the cheer by giving away thousands of them for free. What a delicious way to tackle food waste right here in our city!
